My grandfather, Harris Luke Breaux, Sr. was born in 1904 in Carencro and died in 1954 in Scott. He had a sister, Florence Breaux Coussan, and at least one brother. His parents were Joseph B. Breaux and Emerite Bourgeois. He died right after I was born and I have very little information about his family. I believe his grandfather was Onezime Breaux and his grandmother may have been a Kilchrist from Ireland. On the Bourgeois side, his grandmother was a Clavelle. Where did these people come from and does anyone have any info about or before Onezime? Thanks.
