Phebe Hopkins Boyd 1785-1867 was 1 of 6 children of Wm & Elizabeth (Downing?) Hopkins of Glen Cove, Oyster Bay, Queens Co., Long Island, NY. She is listed in her widowed mother's household in 1850 Federal Census age 58 along with her son Alfred Boyd age 37. She is listed in her father's 1835 will along with Alfred and no mention of a husband. Only one child born 1813 suggests a War of 1812 widow. I don't know if Alfred ever married. Any help on this greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lee
