My wife is a descendant of Johann Diel Bohne through his son Jacob Bohn (b.1749, MD; d.1814, Franklin Co, VA). I don't have anything on Johann's parents, but I'm currently in the military stationed in Germany. So if we knew something about his father and where he was from in Germany, I would certainly be very interested.
