Hello Susan, My Great Grandfather was Arthur R. Blakley from Steuben County New York. He was born in 1876 and died in Hornell N.Y. in 1922. I know very little of Arthur. His occupations were farmer and mason. I know their house burned and all possesions were lost. My grandfather, Elmer Blakley, was a tall slender man. I wish I had more information to help identify if this picture is my Arthur R. Blakley. I would be very interested in viewing this photo if possible. Sincerely Bill Brown
