Anne, I have notes that reference a Rachael Billiter being the daughter of Caleb Billiter and wife Susan (Last Name Unknown)Caleb apparently died in 1815 and lived in Washington County, Virginia. I believe other Billiter researchers may have additional information on this family. Regards
