Trying to connect my husband's family FISCHER - EVANS - BERUBE = HARTMAN - BANNINGER - MAJOR - to other related family. Caroline BERUBE, married Jesse EVANS as 2nd wife. They had Susan who married Herman FISCHER, they had my husband, H. J. "Skip" FISCHER, Jr. 1936. They lived Willow Grove, PA area until early 1950s. Moved to Melbourne, Florida. Lived there ever since. Mom FISCHER still there. She was just 93 this past January. Gene PETRIE, my brother - in - law, did quite a lot of research compiling the MISHOE - PETRIE - EVANS - FISCHER - etc data base. I posted it on www.rootsweb.ancestry.com as chekwriter and on www.gencircles.com as MyFamily2005. Hope this may help out to try to connect family. Thank you. Gene may know of some EVANS living relatives possible DNA testing discussed on EVANS forum. Pat cw
