We’re trying to find out if the following two men named JOSEPH BELCH are one and the same. Both Joseph Belches lived in Tuscarawas Co., OH. Are JOSEPH BELCH (b. aft. 1811), the son of John Belch (b. 1788) & Elizabeth Barnes (b.1788) and JOSEPH BELCH (b. 1814) who was the father of Amos Belch (b. 1852) one and the same man?
