My Family and I are trying to figure out these two cemetery photo's I have, my Great Great Great Grandmother's name was Hodes Zolotnitzky, her husband's name was Chaim Hers Zolotnitzky. The family changed the name, of course, when they came to the US, to Zlotnick, then to Slotnick, which is what it is currently.

We don't know where the photo's were taken, but it's in either Russia or Europe. The US Slotnick's came from Horodish, "Russia" at the time, and all the family are buried in Mount Hebron in the Horodischer Brother's Society, we assume they were all from what is now, Horodish, Belarus or Ukraine(Not sure so, I will post in both countries along with Russia/Poland).

I do have these 2 photo's on my Facebook page, links below; I wish I could upload the 2 photo's, but if you need to see them, I can e-mail them to you, let me know. There's a family around both of them.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the following names, I can't find too much on any of them-which I Googled and looked up on JewishGen.org. Any help would be great!

The translation of the tombstones read:

"Here's how I read them:

Here lies the honest, modest man, lover of knowledge and charity, Yehude son of Mikhoel Faytelevits, who died 23 Shvat 5682 (unsure; that would be February 21, 1922). May he rest in peace.

Here lies the honest, modest man, lover of knowledge and charity, Khayim Tsvi son of Yitskhok Leyb, who died 13 Nisan 5682 (April 11, 1922). May he rest in peace. I hope this helps.
