Photo currently < http://www.mem.com/Story.aspx?ID=3045418 > Paul Donald Dunn, 76, of Port Clinton, OH, died Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, OH. He was born August 5, 1932, in Greenville, TN, the son of Afton Thomas and Mary (Ball) Dunn. On June 7, 1961 he married Frankie L. Hickman and she preceded him in death on July 4, 2007. Paul was retired from US Gypsum Company. He loved going to flea markets, woodworking, working on old cars (he built a 49 Chevy from the ground up). He enjoyed watching Clint Eastwood and John Wayne movies. Paul was a connoisseur of Kentucky Fried Chicken. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; sister, Nell Dunn Ryans; and brothers, James Dunn, John Dunn, Sr., and Frank Dunn. Surviving are his sons, Donald Dunn of Memphis TN, and Mike Dunn of Oak Harbor, OH; daughters, Kathy Lane and Alice Anthony of Memphis, TN, Debera Dunn McGee and Sherry Dunn Witt, both of Port Clinton, OH; step daughter, Pamela Cole of Fremont, OH; eight grandchildren; 14 great grand- children; and a brother, Lawrence David Dunn of Marblehead, OH. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday, June 8, 2009, with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m., at East Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer’s Association. East Lawn Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Dunn family.
