Hi Star, I also have trouble getting information from Arizona. First of all they take the privacy laws sereously. In order to get information on my husbands family I have to have a picture ID and a copy of his birth certificate. Then they want to know why you need the information. Most information can be obtained from Phoenix, Department of Vital Statistics. Don't for get that there are fees for all information. If you are not related to the people that you are reserching I don't think that they will give you the information. It has taken me six months to get my husbands birth certificate. I am still waiting for information on his father. good luck Betty
