I'm looking for information about my relative: Ira Axtell (b. 1827 in NY) married Mary ?? (b. abt 1836- d. bef. 1900). They had a daughter Alma (b. abt 1853 in Illinois). Alma married Samuel Meek/s (b. 1851 - d. 1933). I don't know the names of any other children that Ira and Mary may have had or when they went to Illinois. If they met in the east and then went west or if they met in the west. Any information about Ira Axtel would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
