What exactly are you after ? Are you looking for descendants ? Note he seems to be Woods not Wood , some sites do not show both.

Woods - January 17, 1905 at St Vincents Hospital, William Marcus Woods, after a painful illness , leaving a wife, one son and five daughters to mourn their loss; aged 68 years.

Woods - In loving memory of our dear father William Marcus Woods who died January 17, 1905, inserted by his loving wife and children, William, Minnie, Isabella, Madeline and Stella.

William Hector Woods married Alice Carlin , 1906 in the Sydney suburb of Paddington. Had at least the folloing children:

May 22 , 1900 Peter McAlpine was charged with assaulting William Hector Woods , a constable of the New South Wales police Force.

June 17, 1911 Deaths - Woods - June 2, 1911, accidentally killed at Geurie , William Hector beloved husband of Alice Woods and only son of Mrs e Woods of 3 Soudan Street, Randwick, aged 37 years.

June 1912 , there are 11 in Memoriam messages by wife, sisters, mother ,cousins and in-laws - names can be provided if you need.


Marcus Joseph married Elsie Hughes 1941 Dis Auburn
Richard Hector married Kathleen Jean Flider 1939 Dis Burwood

Richard was in service in WW 2 , 1942-45 , did not serve overseas.

Marcus died 1972 , Richard 1986.

As NSW births only go as far as 1913, cannot search for children of Marcus and Richard
