Hi Diane , note that you posted three years ago that John Donnelly and Mary Donnelly were the witnesses at the wedding of Annie.
As well as the three possible siblings already given these are two more with parents Owen and Margaret:
1845 Mary DONNOLLY
1857 Catherine DONALLY
There is also a death in in Granville , 1906 of Patrick Donnelly , with same parents , he was 54, therefore born approx 1852.
On arrival in Sydney ( Jan 29)the ship records show that William Sharples Donnelly was born on board feb 6, after the ship arrived and lived 20 hours.
It really is looking like this is Annie's family , so since she is the eldest daughter , she must have been born 1842-1845, I have searched for all Ann/Anne/Hannah/Annies born in that period and there are none.
Since they were Roman Catholics , the State Library of NSW has many Records of the St John The Evangelist R C Church of Campbelltown, including Baptisms 1838-1877. I would suggest trying to get there.
