John Burns was born Sydney 24 Sept 1876. Baptism and marriage cert of John gives parents as Martin Burns and Charlotte Gardiner but I can find no record of their marriage. John married Emily Jane Curtis in 1902. I have found the birth of a Charlotte Gardiner in 1854, father Fredrick Gardiner and mother Charlotte H Stewart but dont know if they are the people that I am looking for. Can find no record of Martin Burns's death in NSW. Was Charlotte buried as Burns or Gardiner? HELP PLEASE!
