Deb, Found a mention in the NLA trove site for James wife Catherine dated 1904 PHIN (nee Clarke).-On the 13th January, at her residence, Logan-street, off Sturt-street, of cerebral haemorrhage, after four months' painful suffering, Catherine, wife of James Phin, aged 60 years. A colonist of 49. Leaving three daughters and one son to mourn their sad loss. R.I.P.
