informant. Ellen Kirkman(sister) burial 13 Jun 1878, Necropolis(Rookwood)

I did see an article on Trove about 1877 or 1878 re an Alexander Clark and Margaret Clark where she took him to court for support.
This possibly ? the same couple. Also some others for Margaret Clark being in a disturbance
I feel the marriage did not last long
