The book compiling Boyd Crumrine's County Court extracts is available free on the internet in at least two versions.

I believe the original records are at the Washington County Library in Waynesburg, or possibly the Fayette County Library in Uniontown. You can check out the websites for each of these to see if they have information. They should have email contact information for inquiries.

These County Court records may also have been microfilmed by LDS. You can search the Family History Library Catalog at either http://www.familysearch.org or https://www.familysearch.org. If you find the records listed you can go through your nearest LDS Family Search Center, order the microfilm for viewing there, for aroud $6 per microfilm roll.

Some major city libraries are also "partners" that can borrow FHL microfilm, so if you live near a major city, you can call them and ask if they have such an arrangement.
