Why does the site you linked say her name is Lillian Allen Welch Bailey. I found the family in Galena, Jasper, MO in 1910 and she says they have been married 6 years and it is her first marriage. On that census and another I looked at her birthplace is shown as Arkansas, FA-Missouri and MO-Illinois.
