My name is Hilary & I'm in WA too. I came across your old message about samuel allardyce on genealogy.com & tried to send you an email but it was returned. I have a samuel allardyce born in Leochel Cushnie, Aberdeen in 1833. His father was also samuel, he was my 3 x g-grandfather (born 1805 in Leochel Cushnie, died 1852) & his mother was Jessie McQueen (born 1805 in Inverness, married in 1826 in Leochel Cushnie, died 1886 in Alford). Samuel (snr) was the son of Peter Allardyce (christened 1762 in Leochel Cushnie) & Elspet Mackie who were married 7 August 1794 If this is of any help to you or if you know anything you think I'd like to know PLEASE contact me.
