Thank you so much,Andrew. I know that they were not Catholic. I don't know how to obtain copies of death certificates or if it is possible to do so. Do you have any suggestions re: where to write? I would like to know if they have gravemarkers. I do know that Hugh Alcorn and James Cairnes both signed a request for pounds to establish
a grainery in New Ireland along with others. I am at a semi-standstill re: these ancestors although I do have the records of their descendants. Violet named one of her daughters Charlotte and one Lucinda Bridget, who was my grandmother and a grandchild was named Margaret so the names were carried. Again, thank you for taking the time to send me this information.
