Anna Minerva Alcorn Brakefield (b. Jackson County, TN in 1826). I have a picture of Harmon and Elvira's gravestones at Lower Indian Creek Cemetery in Missouri. They are buried next to Annie Alcorn Brakefield, Harmon's sister. Annie is my 3x great grandmother. She married William Brakefield in Robertson County, Tennessee and moved into Dent County, Missouri around 1851...I think. I visited Robertson County, Barren Plains, and Springfield Archives a few months ago. I thought that Robert Alcorn was Annie's father and Lucinda Russell her mother. She must have been a wonderful woman as you know she raised her children pretty much on her own. I think that her brother and his wife were probably great support to her. I would love to know more about her and her Alcorn family as I have just begun researching the Alcorn's a few months ago. Could you email me with any info at firstname.lastname@example.org? Anyone with any info on Annie Alcorn Brakefield's family or children please let me know. I will share what I have, also.
