Liz, that was extremely helpful Thank SO much for sending me that info. It stirred my memory cells...something in our Washington State Pomeroys file? Yup...Under Addison Pomeroy, with lots of question marks. Now that we know that Addison Pomeroy was Edison Pomeroy... here's a bit more about the family: Mrs. Bell S Pomeroy, found in the City Directory at Seattle Public Library for: 1948 MT VERNON, WA. Pomeroy, Bell S Mrs. h 1505 E Section, Tel 8934 Chief Nurse, Rowley General Hospital 1952-53 MT VERNON, WA Pomeroy, Mrs. Bell S 1505 E Section Superintendent of Nurses. Rowleys. 1955 edition is on the shelf, but Mrs. Bell Pomeroy is not listed.
