Yes this is the same family little was known about Carmen I was only told bits and pieces from my grandmother (Mary Elizabeth (Bailey) Duncan) I am sure Roy has a little more information on Carmen but one thing is for sure no one knows where she is or if she is still living not even her 3 children. My grandmother stated that her biological family was from Angoon but she was brought up between Angoon and Juneau. If you have any further information it would be greatly appreciated. I would like to fulfill a promise I made to my grandmother and I think I would be great for her children to finally know where she is.
