lazaro acosta b.1852 d.1911 was born in meoqui, chihuahua. he came to the usa about 1905 eventually settling in st. johns, az. he was joined by genaro (my grandfather) and other of his children. he had a printing press in albuquerque and wrote a book about a st. john cleric, a father padilla. lazaro was married to a pilar orteneros. their son genaro acosta married faustina gutierrez of st. john. their daughter, bertha acosta-armijo was my mother. i have a few more names of ancestors in chihuahua.
