Searching info on my gg grandfather John Abney d. abt 1902. Looking for date & place of birth, cemetery, parents, siblings & etc. I know he married my gg grandmother Eliza Fisher abt. 1881 & supposedly they owned land around Tyrone Missouri. They had three sons by the names of William Eli Asberry Abney 1882, John Basswood Abney 1886 & Bert (Birt) Hezikiah Abney 1888 d. 1977. Bert is my great grandfather. My g granfather Bert Abney m. Martha Melvina (Mellie) Lee in 1906 Texas Co. Mo. She was b. 1888 d. 1951. Bert & Mellie had abt nine children. There oldest son was named John Asberry Abney b. 1907 Texas Co. Mo. & he is my grandfather. He married Anna Tabitha Mask b. 1910 d. 1988. Their daughter Melvina Jane Abney Pankey is my mother.
