Looking for the parents of Lucy Abel/Able 1900 Paris ward 1, Lamar Texas shows her in the home of Thomas J. Able, along with his wife Mary E. Able and their children Reuben H., Richard C., Girtie S., and Vonnie. This census shows Lucy was born in June of 1883. It shows she was born in Arkansas, and she is the neice of Thomas J. Able. I can not figure out who she belongs to. Any help appreciated, Debbie
