Hello William!

I just decided to get a bit interested in my family history. In looking through I found the 1900 USA census data about my great-grandfather James E. Lytle. He married Susanna Elders (b 19 July 1862, d 1935) on November 26, 1885. They both lived in Plattville, Grant, Wisconsin but I do not know if that is where they were married.

Susanna was the daughter of William Elders of Yorkshire who was born in 1885. William Elders is my great-great-grandfather. I do not know the year, but he moved to Wisconsin, USA in the 1800's. He was living with his daughter and my gg-grandfather in 1900 at Stevens Creek, Lancaster, Nebraska, USA. William had a sister, Ann (b.1831) and brother Joseph (b.1833). Born in Yorkshire, as you know, his parents were Joseph and Susanna Elders.

I have a good line on my paternal family tree from James E. Lytle up to the present. I only know the names of my paternal ggg-grandparents (Joseph and Susanna) and would love to know more about them and their ancestors.

I currently live in Marietta, Georgia, USA (near Atlanta, Georgia). It would be a pleasure to make contact with you and discuss our common ancestry.

David Lytle
