Seeking the usual; more data on this man,family,children,siblings. Later he went to Pulaski Co., KY. He was in Madison Co., KY showing on the census starting in 1790, Not showing 1791/2, but in 1793 hes there,1794 under McKiney,Rolly, 1795 as McKinsey,Rawley, with a Kanal(?) McKinsey and in 1796 not listed but a David McKinsey is. 1797 Alexander and David McKinsey. No 1798 list. But 1799 he is listed McKinny, Rawley with Kinnol McKinsey (exempt)to old to work.
