Illegitimate Windham - VA 1677

I found these Accomack County, VA records and thought this might be the Edmond Windham who was kept by Roger Squire until 1697 and lived in Surry Co.:

6/18/1677 -- Mary Windham petionioned that her illegitimate son be removed from the care of Mrs. Charleton. Ordered that William Fletcher keep the child in his tuition and care until he reach the age of 21.

8/4/1680 -- The church wardens of the parish showed that Mary Windom, former servant to Mrs. Ann Charlton (deceased), had given birth to a bastard child while in her mistress' service.
