There was another Lett family who lived in Portsmouth,Ohio in the early 1900's. John Henry Lett who married Della Snow died there in 1928 and his wife was buried in Greenlawn Cem. in Portsmouth later. John Henry was a son of Hiram Wayne Lett Senior and may have had children. He also lived in Lewis County, Ky, but I do not have a listing of his children. Prehaps the 1910 or 1920 census may have his complete family listed. John was 67 when he died but he is not buried in Portsmouth. I list his grave in Hubbardstown, Wayne County, WVA. Good hunting!
