The "History of Woodstock CT. & Genealogies of Woodstock Families" (8 volumes) is held by the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lucky for those of us who don't live in SLC, the books have been microfilmed and are available at any Family History Center Branch. Check out http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHC/frameset_fhc.asp or look in the phone book under the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints & look for family history
to find the Family History Center nearest you. The films are less than $5 each to order and will usually come within a week or two. Volume 6 is film # 940,063.

Happy searching!

(I was looking for the same series, different volume & happened on your note.)
