Now, in this posting, you are looking for:

You would have to obtain a copy of the court record:,1641660&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL

3. George Edward Agnew obituary
You said you have it, but you don't say what is on it.

4. Aubrey Donald Agnew, born 11/8/1932, died 5/25/1977.
I don't have any information that confirms this person is the son of George Edwards Agnew, he might be listed on the obituary, I don't know:
--Social Security Death Index shows: Aubrey D. Agnew, born 8 Nov 1932, died 25 May 1997, "last residence:" Houston, Harris County, TX. The "last residence" on the SSDI is NOT necessarily where the person actually lived. His SSN 451-44-5509 was issued in Texas before 1951.
--US Veterans Gravesites identifies Aubrey Don Agnew born 11/8/1932, died on 5/25/1997. He is buried in the Mt Pisgah Cemetery, Woodville, TX 75979. This is for his service in the US Navy in Korea.
--You wrote: "another researcher; found obituary and found Ramona Agnew on Facebook. I sent her a EMail and sent replied and insistanc not Gail's family at all" I had no idea who Ramona was until I found:
-----Three children born to Aubrey Don Agnew and Ramona Wayne Garner. Susan Jeannette; Jerry Don Agnew and Steven Wayne Agnew. has both of these boys listed.
***I think if you go to this website, find these boys and contact them, they will tell you what you need to know.

5. Eleanor Agnew, mother of George Edward (You said the mother was Ruby). Eleanor later married a Harry Adams
---What information do you have on this Eleanor?

6. Gail applied for Social Security in Arizona
---Was this her application for her Social Security Number or to apply for the Social Security Pension? Under what name?

7. You wrote: "I can not find her families in Toronto (Whose family?) and not in Weston Township" Was Gail from Canada?
You wrote: "Did the not give information to Canadian census takers?" The last Canadian Census available for review is the 1911 Canadian Census. 8. You wrote: "Gail Marie Granberg-Agnew, where did she marry, when did she leave Minnesota and go for California..." How does Minnesota mix into this? Is that where Gail and George were born, or married?

9. You wrote: "For years, my friend told me, her father was a horrible..." So this is not your family, but the family of a friend? And, this information does not matter as far as genealogy is concerned.

Just contact the two Agnew boys, they should tell you what you need to know.
