I am looking for the family of John Taylor whose will was 1834-1842 P. 141 Coosa Co. AL
No mention of wife
Children Amelia, Henry, Robert, George, James, Jessee, John, William, Mary who m. Daniel McMillan, Elizabeth who m. Bartly Pace, Nancy who m. Thomas Russell

Slaves: Sophia and her six children named as follows Harriett, Ohil, Rhody, Emaly, Westly and her infant child Mary Ann.
Edmond, Sam, George, Jerry, Green, Jinny, Anne and her child Cleary.

Now my problem is. Is this the same son John or is Jonathan
belong to someone else. I have a picture of his father but no name on it it says on back Palona Allreds Grandad Taylor Made by J.W. Clary & Co. Photographers Broad Street Selma, Ala All negatives preserved.
I have pictures of Jonathan and Nancy. Palona and some of the Sigler girls. This family seems to all fit to me. I just need a proof of Jonathans connection to this other family.

The last will and testament of JOHN TAYLOR SENR. of Coosa County and State of Alabama.
I JOHN TAYLOR considering the uncertainty of human life and being of soud (sound) mind and do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
In the first place I order and direct my funeral expences and all Just debt due by me to be paid and the residue of my Estate both real and personal to be disposed of as herein after directed.
1st I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter AMELIA TAYLOR Absolutely and unconditionally the following negro slaves to wit) SOPHIA and her six children named as follows HARRIETT, OHIL, RHODY, EMALY, WESTLY and her infant child MARY ANN.
2nd I will and bequeath unto my son HENRY tAYLOR to whom I have already given two negroes the sum of one thousand dollars for the purpose of buying him a plantation.
3rd I gave and bequeath unto my son in law THOMAS RUSSELL the sum of Eighty dollars to place him on an equeal footing with my daughters to whom I have already advanced five hundred dollars each.
4th I order and direct the remainder of my Estate consisting of the following negroes EDMOND, SAM, GEORGE, JERRY, GREEN, JINNY, ANNE and her child CLEARY and the sum of two thousand and eight hundred dollars in the hands of JESSE TAYLOR for which I hold his receipt and the sum of four hundred and twenty four dollars for which I hold the note of J & W Taylor. and the sum of one hundred dollars in the hand of GEORGE TAYLOR for which I hold no showing and such other estate as I may have whether real or personal and the sum of Eighty dollars due me by my son in law BARTLY PACE for some cattle and the sum of one thousand dollars for which I hold the note of my son JESSEE TAYLOR due one day after date (but it is my wish and direction that the JESSEE TAYLOR may have the priviledge of retaining the said money in his hands untill the first day of January next he the said JESSE TAYLOR pay the lawful Interest therefor)This my foregoing Estate and such other Estate as may not be herein Enumerated after the payment of my debts and funeral Expences to be devided Eqqueally among all my children that is to say. ROBERT TAYLOR, GEORGE TAYLOR, JAMES TAYLOR, JESSEE TAYLOR JOHN TAYLOR, WILLIAM TAYLOR, HENRY TAYLOR and AMELIA TALOR AND MARY MCMILLAN, ELIZABETH PACE, AND NANCY RUSSELL.
I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons George Taylor and Jessee Taylor the Executor(s) of this my Last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I ahve hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of February A. D. one thousand eight hundred and thirty six JOHN TAYLOR (seal)

By 1838 son in law was in Talladega Co. AL in 1839 Talladega Co. he married dau Elizabeth Taylor
