I'm like Rebekah I'm confused. I will have to go back in my papers and pictures to refresh my mind. I have been working on another line.
When my husband and I were back in Shippensburg last summer we went around and took picture of the graves. And as I was trying to put pictures with my genealogy I was getting confused. I just remeber thing this can't be right. I thought we came from Theophilus Cisney who had a tavern somewhere in Lurgan if I remember right. His son was James and his son James Washington Cisney.
If I can find anything out will let you know
