My grandmother, Beatrice Martinez' maiden name is Beatrice Cervantes. She was born in Brownsville, Texas. Her mother's name was Maria Guadalupe Cervantes, by marriage to Pete Cervantes, died in 1955 (not sure of birthdate, but I think 1900). My grandmother Beatrice now resides in Vacaville, CA near San Francisco, and is 82, still alive and well - she just stopped driving. Not sure if my family is related to yours, but seems very similar if living in Brownsville, TX!
