Does anyone have access to old obits and cemetery lists from 1980's - NJ & PA

Does anyone have access to old newspapers and cemetery records from the 1980's?

We have two family members who came from Stroudsburg PA but lived/died in Dover, NJ and family/extended family have many listings in the local papers even if they died in other parts of the country. They are part of the Vineyard/Vinyard, Coco, Gearhart, Notestine - etc. lines.

However, these two people are who we are trying to locate and, of course, she is "frustrating" and the g-aunt we want the most.

Carl Russell Gearhart
b 9/19/1896 Mount Pocono, Monroe, PA
d 5/1/1980 Dover, Morris, NJ

Western B Vinyard Gearhart
b 2/12/1903 Monroe County, PA
d 9/1/1985 Dover, Morris, NJ

We have not been able to locate an archive with their obituaries or where they are buried. After all these years, it still amazes us when someone cannot be tracked - especially when they died in the 1980's!

They had a daughter - Minnie Carla Gearhart Conklin - buried at Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover, NJ, but we do not know if they are possibly buried there also.

Help or direction would greatly be appreciated.
