I jumped the gun-in too much of a rush for a quick answer. I did connect the three links with the Odd Fellows but not the letters and an Odd Fellows marker seemed historically unlikely.
I eventually found a history of the Odd Fellows in Maine published in 1870 and it still does not "fit" historically.
There is no hall number on the marker so it looks like a dead end-perhaps even on the wrong grave.
