I am searching for the grave site/cemetery where ARCHIBALD MILLINER/MILLINSON HAND. He was born about 1822, Laurens Co.,SC.He lived in Heard Co.,Ga. later. I think he died after 1864.He was a member of the Missionary Church in the Texas community in Heard Co.,Ga.I have searched Missionary churches in that area. I am unable to find him in a cemetery in about three Missionary church cemeteries, one has no list of names of it's graves. The notes I have say that he and his wife,Martha, were members of the Miss.Church in their life time.I am assuming they were Baptist, but none of the cemeteries in Heard Co.,are the correct place.I know his wife, Martha Pare Hand, died in Talladega Co.,Alabama, around 1924.She is buried in Talladega Co.,Al., somewhere.Archibald was a confederate soldier, I have not been able to find any veteran's grave on him.He was active in the 61st infantry, company F, in Chambers Co,.Alabama.I have searched the Heard Co.,Ga. Public Library cemetery books, but there is no Archibald M. Hand listed.Any information would be great.
Thanks, Lisa.
