I've seen these things online. Seems like a good idea, but I don't know how practical the technology is -- will it still be user friendly in 10 years? I'm on a tangent. If you are a descendant of the interred to whose monument you wish to attach this thing, the cemetery may not be able to charge you. CHeck your local laws about ownership. Some states require the cemetery association take care of the grounds, but any monument work/changes/care is up to the family of the interred and not the cemetery associations problem so they may not be able to charge you if you do it yourself. As for adhesive - it would depend on what the disc is made of and the stone type of the monument.
Hope that helps.
Laurel
