The Find-A-Grave website has a Winters Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery, DeKalb County, Georgia listed:

Do a cemetery name search for Georgia. There are only a few interments transcribed, including 7 Jones. One of these is Jesse Doyle Jones 1889-1979. Since you mentioned "Doyle", then this might be the cemetery you seek. For a history of Winters Chapel Methodist Church, go to:
