Thank you for your interest and help! I am researching the Atkins line and have had ZERO luck with finding anything on Frank Thomas Atkins, after the 1920 census when he was 12 and lived with his parents in OK. In a family narrative that has been passed down, it vaguely mentions that Frank married Dimples Nichols. I have been able to determine that Dimples was actually Dorothy.
The funeral home in FL verified Dorothy/Dimples birth and death dates but they said there was not an obit published only a death notice. The FL funeral home gave me the info about the cemetery. Dorothy was born Apr 5, 1910 and died Dec 21, 2000. They gave me the French Mortuary, Inc in Albuquerque as the funeral home she was transferred to. I have contacted them but they have not/will not respond. I am wondering if Eagle Roch Ranch Cemetery may be a private "family" cemetery?
Frank Thomas Atkins was born in OK on Oct 18, 1907 and died Jan 1979. The SSDI records state that his last place of benefit payments was in Sandoval Co., NM. I can't find any obits for him.
I live out of state and my genealogy "budget" is limited so I can't afford to request a search for a death certificate for Frank. (Who I am kidding...my whole budget is limited!)
