Wish to thank Sue Garnett and Richard Lake for helpful and insightful emails. My search has taken a bit of a turn though, just by coincidence I stumbled upon another (there were many) ship manifest and based on the wife (Maria) and child (Wanda) listed , I realized I had been tracking the wrong Stanislaw Cieslak. My grandfather was born in 1924 in Poland but died in Passaic, NJ in Aug 1984. My grandfather was not employed by the vessels, where the other guy was. Still unable to track down an obit.
