Hi: The LDS' 1880 census index shows a "Luticia SELLS" b. 1870 IL, fa: IL, mo: IN, as a dau in the family of William SELLS, laborer, 46, IL, VA, IA, and wife Sarah, 42, IN, PA, IN. There are 3 other daughters and a son. Bear Creek Twp, Hancock Co, IL, p. 38b. This may well be your Lulu/Lula Cells SNEATH. There were no CELL's in Hancock Co, IL, only SELLS. Where did the SNEATH's move to? I could not find them easily in the 1900 census index. Richard Sell
