Looking for any information re: William Eddy Cecil. He was born in Kentucky and later lived in Massachusetts where he married and had 2 daughters and 1 son. Later he went to southern Illinois and had 1 son with another woman (that I know of). He died in the early 1950's in East St. Louis, Il. at the age of 61. His mother lived in E.
