I am interested in this link. For many many years folks have been searching for the parentage of William Cecil (1665-1749) who is considered the ancestor of my line (John Cecil m. Elizabeth Sollers.)

I have seen a lot of speculation on the web, but have never found any way to prove who William Cecil was and where he came from. If somebody has made that link, will be delighted to hear about it!
