Benjamin & Charlotte Scissle (Cecil) Family 1850 Census Morgan Co, OH. William Baker b.abt 1828 is listed with this family. My ancestor John Francis Baker b. 1831 in Maryland - parents: William Baker and Elizabeth Cecil - from the 1880 & 1900 census records, John Francis Baker listed his parents as being born in Maryland...his death certificate listed that they were from Germany. I am more inclined to believe the 2 census records.
I would appreciate any information that could help me with this line.
