Hi All!
I've been researching this Cearley line on and off for years and just wanted to pop up and say Hi. Many of you I know, many are new "faces" LOL. Thought I would mention what line I'm researching and see if anyone has had any revelations about old Bartholomew. I certainly haven't, but honestly not for a lack of trying. Although I have been spending a lot of time beating my head against the biggest brick wall ever...my Downs line.
My Cearley line is Bartholomew > William Kerley, Sr. > William Kerley, Jr. > Larkin Cearley > George Cearley > Colber Cearley > Noah Lafayette cearley > Robert Spears Cearley > Eugene C. Cearley > Connie Cearley > ME.. Tracey Downs-Gregory b. 1969 (Sapulpa, OK)
Some of the people in my family are requesting that I tell them what our Cearley Indian Heritage . well honestly I haven't found any. If anyone knows that this Cearley line does indeed have Indian Heritage could you please point me in the correct direction? Even if it's not direct with my line, but one of their brothers, etc.. just so I can tell my family where they are hearing that their is an Indian line... even if it's not actually ours. =o) Hope that made sense.
Also if anyone has a link to me and would like to know if I can fill in some empty spots for them just drop me a line. Happy to help!
