I know this request is seven years old but today I met Bob and Kay Allen of Realife Productions (who are now in their 90's) and bought all of the old films they still had. It will take me some time to go through them but he did in fact tell me about the city films he shot during WWII. Mostly this was a cover for his work as a government agent filming and otherwise reporting on activities of groups suspected of being friendly to the other side.
