Just in case you've not seen it...
heirs of John Caylor are given in
Estate Settlements in Blount Co., TN naming Heirs (1865-1890) by Albert W. Dockter [Heritage Books] p. 3.

Citing from page 18 of James A. Greer's book, clerk and master Chancery Court Blount County 1868-1890.

William Walker et al vs. heirs of Jno. Caylor, Decd. Feb 8, 1869
The suit says that $184.45 was due to each of the heirs as follows: Wm. Walker and wife, Eli Caylor, Joseph L. Walker and wife, Braxton Caylor, Perry Caylor, and Wm. T. Caylor (last four interests represented by Wm. Headrick and D. W. Emmett, guardian.)

William Walker had married Nancy Caylor on 12 Feb 1857 in Blount.
Ann Koler had md. to David Fanshaw on 8-26-1858. Then Joseph Walker md. Anna Fancier on 6-19-1859. All in Blount Co. TN.
I assume Noah Caylor (listed in family 1850 as age 1) had died before this settlement.
