Debbie
I've found the information that I was looking for. It turns out that my great-great grandfather wasn't Micheal after all. His brother Abraham I was the one who started my branch of the family, apparently. I'm not sure about the dates, but the line should look like this: Johannes Caylor, 1750 - 1822; Abraham CaylorI, 1804 - 1860?; Abraham Caylor II, 1845 - 1905; George W. Caylor, 1885 - 1955?; Glen W. Caylor, 1915 - 1990; Thomas G. Caylor, 1945 --. In the latter part of the nineteenth century this branch of the family lived in the area around Noblesville, IN. If you have any information that could either confirm or refute any of this information, I would like to see it.
